Honey Blend with Cinnamon

Mielora honey blend with cinnamon complements honey’s natural sweetness with the warm, spicy aroma of cinnamon. A distinctive pairing for sweet bread, pancakes, desserts and lukewarm drinks.

Honey Blend with Cinnamon – Flavour and Ingredients

Cinnamon leads the flavour in this recipe, rounded out by the honey base. The overall taste is more intense than a mild varietal honey, making it a good match for simple, lightly seasoned foods. Choose this blend when you want a distinct spicy finish alongside honey’s sweetness.

Serving Ideas

Even a small amount of the honey blend with cinnamon can add character to a slice of sweet bread. Add it to pancakes or waffles when serving to control the balance of flavours. Try it stirred into tea once the drink is comfortably warm. If a dessert already contains cinnamon, add it sparingly at first to keep the overall flavour balanced.

Suggested uses based on the ingredients:
– spread on bread or sweet bread,
– with pancakes, waffles or cakes,
– for flavouring desserts,
– in warm drinks, such as tea,
– or enjoyed on its own in small amounts as a treat.

Not primarily recommended: for general cooking or neutral sweetening, as the strong cinnamon flavour is dominant.
